EASA Part 147 Bolkow Bo105 Series

Type Rating Course

 

 

Course Introduction

 

Specialist Aviation Services Ltd (SAS) has an EASA Approved Part 147 Training Organisation that offers a Bolkow Bo105 B1 Type Rating Training covering the Bolkow Bo105 Airframe and associated systems and its Allison 250 Engines.

 

The course is aimed at engineers who currently hold a WTR Rotary Wing Licence or experienced rotary wing licenced engineers seeking to acquire a Bolkow Bo105 Series Type Rating to qualify for future employment opportunities that the Bolkow Bo105 may offer.

 

 

 

For non-licensed engineers an Introduction to Type Course is provided for mechanics who require a more general knowledge of the Bo105 so that licensed engineers can be more effectively supported.

The Introduction to Type Course is also available to commercial and associated support staff who would benefit from a general understanding of the Bo105 to facilitate their daily communications with engineers and operator customers.  For more details on this course please refer to our Introduction to Type Course.

 

This comprehensive and EASA Approved Part 147 Type Rating Training Course for the Bo105 Series B1 course runs for 15 days (10 days for the airframe and a further 5 days to cover the engines).

 

 

 

Location

The course is carried out at SAS’ EASA 147 Approved Training Organisation located at Gloucester (Staverton) Airport in Gloucestershire.
